It was a case of needs must when we visited La Hormiguita as it was a Sunday afternoon and we'd just arrived in town. It just about did a job but we won't be returning. The setting is nice enough but that's about all. The food is expensive for Spain and €5.50 for two small beers is way too much. Got the feeling they'd seen us coming! View all feedback.

La comida muy rica, recomiendo pedir chipirones. Las opciones de mariscos y carnes son amplias y la comida llega rápidamente. Se permiten perros y niños.
Lugar mítico de la capital para tomar algo y estar muy cerca del casco histórico de Almería.
Muy bueno todo, buen servicio, buen ambiente en la terraza. Bien situado también, está la playa a pocos km. A veces está lleno y el servicio va lento pero es normal. Los precios son correctos, adecuados a la comida. Ideal para ir a tapear marisco y pescado!
La comida, fresca y rica...sin complicaciones pero muy acertada y muy bien de precio. El ambiente típico de barrio. A veces las camareras se despistan y tardan un poco en atenderte
