I decided to ask the dame at the door whether we could go to our table as we had a reservation that was at that point, she pointed back to the line and told me that her table is not ready, please wait until I tell them his willingness. she hadn't even asked my name for my booking, I told her my name and she told me how all the others wait and directed me to another area of the waiting room. at no point I was rude to this doorman, I certainly did not deserve to speak so. who was on the door this day should not be in service. we were then shown to our table, a table for inside. we had booked days before, there were groups bigger than we had in smaller cabins outside. we asked if we could have a suitable size table, the waitress told me when they were just in the middle of the shifts, so it would take a while and beat that we were sitting on this table until someone was available to help us. the whole experience was terrible, I will say to my friends here in london not to disturb with yamba when next visit portugals.

The quality of t... read more The initial experience I had in this place was so extraordinary I had to go back. Unfortunately, a lot altered two months after my first visit. The quality of the food wasn’t the same. I had the falafel pita, and after a couple of hours, my gut felt unsettled. The first time I visited, they even measure my temperature; felt now they had eased some COVID measures. One positive aspect, the cleanliness of the bathroom has improved. At last, the staff and the service are satisfactory; I love the vibe of the place and how they keep refurbishing it.
