Arrived there by boat... its a nice trip from Lisbon to Porto Brandão (though the place is ugly as hell). Waited for 1h and still no table?!? Everyone is complaining to the mngr (yes...everibody else that also came like me through boat)!! A total mess!! Problem is: you get stuck in this ugly place, hardly get an alternative and the only way back is to wait 30m for the next boat to take you back. They basically accept all reservations and when you get there you 're in their hands !!! Never go there i will never be back for sure!!!

This is a traditional restaurant that serves Carvoadas, a type of portuguese fondue that brings to the table a pan with hot coal inside where you can grill everything on top of it (an interesting experience) and they also serve fondues. Besides this two dishes the food selection is realy good and the restaurante environment is romantic with a great view. The only negative aspect it is that this is a smoking environment restaurant, so be aware of this.

The fish and the seafood are very fresh and served in fair portions and very well cooked. Seafood rice is highly recommended : A small tip : you can cross the river using the boat and enjoy the ride until Porto Brandão. Take a walk, eat and then return to Lisboa using the same way, bearing in mind that the LAST boat will depart at 21:30. I advise you to book in advance. Restaurante localizado na linha de mar no Porto Brandão é um ponto de paragem obrigatório para quem gosta de marisco, de uma boa carvoada ou de um fondue único. O peixe e o marisco são frescos e servidos em boa quantidade e muito bem confeccionados. O arroz de marisco é altamente recomendado : Como sugestão podem atravessar o rio Tejo de barco aproveitando assim o passeio e regressar do mesmo modo, até às 21:30h, hora do ÚLTIMO barco para Lisboa.
