This restaurant specializes in tofu soup and tofu stew, so you can trust that their tofu stew is exceptional. The stews are incredibly flavorful and delicious. My friend ordered the extra spicy option, while I chose the mild (white broth), and we were both extremely satisfied. However, I would recommend sticking to the tofu soups; the other dishes on the menu don't quite match up to authentic Korean cuisine. View all feedback.
I ordered the veggie tofu pot level spicy and it was amazing! I will definitely try again, but maybe takeout as the service wasn’t that great. The food is a little pricy, but I still love it!
So sooooo good! would love to come again. pretty busy so expect it to be jam packed.
Love the fact that they offer a dish of strictly eel on a thin bed of caramelized onions, Sooo good of you're into eel. I also ordered the Tofu Soup combination, Kimchi Beef Tofu Soup with Galbi. The soup was very tasty with an even portion of beef and tofu, went with the mild spicy soup and had a decent kick, I could have gotten spicier imo. The Galbi was delicious, reminded me of a tereyaki type flavor, similar to the eel that was ordered. The ambiance didn't stand out and neither does the outside. It's more of a place where you get a good Korean food fix. Everything was filling and looking forward to come back!
Tasty authentic affordable soondubu jjigae get the combos with the very good kalbi, bulgogi, or grilled eel! YUM!
Loved the food! Nice little spot and friendly service.
