Kassini - Allerdale

We use this place quite often with Just Eat. The majority of the time the food is fantastic! Pizzas are second to none.

My boyfriend and I ordered two chicken wraps that arrived cold and smelled a bit eggy.. today was his grandads funeral and we’ve both had to leave early due to stomach cramps and flu like symptoms. We are now unable to keep water down for being sick and both bed bound. This is the only thing we’ve eaten the same over the past two days and the food was blatantly sat for a long time as it arrived within 10 minutes of ordering, cold.

Every time we order from this place, there are always items missing from our order and they always send the wrong pizza that we didn't even order. This results in us having to wait an extra 30 minutes for the correct order to arrive. It's a joke! We have given them multiple chances to improve, but now we have decided we will not be returning. They have lost mine and my family's business.

The garlic bread and cheese was nice,nothing special. Doner meat was greasy like a lot of places and the chicken wrap was average if anything too much wrap. Generally is was neither spectacular or too disappointing. There are better takeaways around.

I ordered food from this restaurant through Foodhub and paid by card. Unfortunately, the delivery driver brought the food to the wrong address and the person there accepted our order. When I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, the owner yelled at me in the background, blaming me for the mistake and refusing to give me a refund. So essentially, I ended up paying for someone else's food.
