We were staying at Stanwick holiday park thought we would give it a go When we ordered fish and chips was told no fish then we ordered sausage and chips when we got back to caravan to enjoy our meal hugs guess what no chips do they just make orders up as they like will most certainly not be back or recommend it to others
Visited last night following an excellent fish and chips at Berties.Fish fine but have never had such awful disgusting chips. Had it not been such a cold night would have gone back to complain. COME BACK BERTIE.
Been here twice this week the first time it was absolutely beautiful, couldn 't wait to come back. So went back tonight and it was like going to a different place. We made the exact same order and paid the same price, however this time the cod bites were a quarter of the size they were the first time and were over cooked, in my cheesey chips 5 of my chips had cheese on. Very disappointed.
This charming Fish and Chip shop has ample parking and a spacious, clean outside seating area. The fish was delicious and the chips were tasty. It's great value for money with generous portion sizes. It's the perfect stop on the way back to the holiday village where we were staying.
For lunch, we ordered two large fish and chips. One of the fish was delicious, while the other was not very good. The chips were tasty and the portion size was quite generous.
