It reminds me of the bread my grandmother used to make when I was a child. I was pleasantly surprised to find it and am so glad I did! I'm looking forward to attending the Appleumpkin Festival in Tecumseh and buying more of this delicious bread. Thank you!

I wi... read more I finally discovered a baker who makes a salt rising loaf reminiscent of one I enjoyed many years ago from a bakery that specialized in that type of bread. I will definitely buy it again. I picked up the loaf at the Kalamazoo Farmers Market and will have to check if they will be at a winter market nearby.
