Alkimos Pizza

Ordered for the first time a couple of weeks ago through uber. I love my pizza. Padbury Pizza, Marcos Pizza but Alkimos was amazing and arrived fast, hot and very tasty. Might be my new favourite. Thought I would put a review in as going to order again

I have heard so many good things about alkimos pizza place, so I thought I would take a ride and see what the hype was all. Now, let me tell them this is an amazing place with a great sitting area. I looked at a stair that bleededed me away, as I had more sitting and a really cool balcony where you can overlook everything. not to mention a full bar setup, which in the grunde on the cake icing. what a great place

Ordered a couple large pizzas. I figured ordering at 4pm for a 5.15-5.30pm delivery time was reasonable. 5.55pm and I called to cancel and get a refund. Peter confidently told me he 'd call the delivery driver who would provide me a cash refund because they couldnt refund me electronically. Delivery driver arrived pizza in hand, oblivious to the promise of a refund. Contacted Peter again who said the refund would be with another driver . Peter couldnt tell me where this other refund driver was. He sounded confused and like he desperately needed retraining because he had no idea how to organise anything on time and knew nothing about what his drivers were doing. Not wanting to wait another 30 minutes or more for a cash refund (why not electronic? I took the pizza. Cold cardboard. Trash service, trash pizza and trash experience. Don 't recommend.

Just over 2.5 hour wait for 2 large pizzas and a garlic bread, delivered. Ordered through the app.Called three times between 1.5 hour and 2.5 hour wait. 1st time was told it was 5 minutes away, waited 20 mins before calling again for benefit of the doubt. 2nd time was told it hadnt even been printed and was 20 minutes away, 3rd time was called when we had waited 35 mins not 20 and was told it was on its way, we waited an additional 13 minutes. Was given a partial refund (half price). Kids were starving so had to go out and get them something different. Won't be going here again.

We ordered 2 large pizzas to pick up. Got home and the pizzas were wrong (silly me) 2 hours since we ordered those pizzas and we are still waiting for them to be made and delivered.
