The waitress asked “can I help you” as if we had walke... read more The staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in with my family to have coffee. The waitress asked “can I help you” as if we had walked into the wrong place. When I asked for coffee, she said “no, the machine is not working” while they were clearly serving coffee. Unfortunate experience. Amazing to see a restaurant that caters to and depends on tourism that does not understand they are in the customer service and hospitality business.
