This was my first experience with Whataburger and it didn't disappoint!! Very friendly and helpful staff. I placed an order on the app for a plain and dry whataburger, fries and shake. It says it will be ready in about 8 min. My son gets down to pick it up since the drive thru was full. My son waited over 20mins till I went inside myself to ask about theorder. We'll apparently it was ready but no longer warm/hot and it was in the area of the drive thru. I understand they havenew employees, but come on- 20minutes?! View all feedback.

Never have sweet tea always out is there comment and shakes machine is down for cleaning mind you always go at different times during the night shift come on McDonald's pardon me Whataburger!
I ordered a plain and dry Whataburger, fries, and a shake through the app, and it noted that my order would be ready in about 8 minutes. Since the drive-thru was busy, my son went inside to pick it up. He ended up waiting for over 20 minutes, so I decided to go in myself to check on the order. It turned out that the food was ready but had lost its warmth, and it had just been sitting in the drive-thru area. I get that they have new employees, but seriously—20 minutes is too long!
The food was served hot and met our expectations for a Whataburger. The service was a bit sluggish, but they were quite busy.
Today, I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that I was at the wrong location. The manager graciously called the other location to cancel my order and prepared my meal right there, free of charge. I was incredibly grateful, especially since we were traveling with two fussy toddlers who needed to eat. Fantastic customer service!!!!!!!
