I ordered the bacon burger with... read more This was my first time trying Whataburger, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The staff were super friendly and attentive. I ordered the bacon burger with blue cheese, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely filling, but totally worth it. I’m glad I didn’t look up the calorie count beforehand, or I might not have ordered it. This location is conveniently located right by the highway, and after not seeing any other spots for two hours on our trip, we were thrilled to finally spot a Whataburger!

Keep in mind, I visit at different times during the night shift. Come on, Whataburger—your menu should be more reliable than this!

Since the drive-thru was busy, my son went inside to pick it up. However, he ended up waiting for over 20 minutes, so I decided to go in myself to check on the order. When I arrived, I found that the food was ready but had become cold from sitting in the drive-thru area too long. I understand they have new employees, but honestly—20 minutes is far too long to wait, especially considering the menu is straightforward!

The manager kindly called the other... read more Today, I ordered food online, and when I got to the restaurant to pick it up, I found out that I was at the wrong location. The manager kindly called the other location to cancel my order and prepared my meal for me on the spot, completely free of charge. I was so thankful, especially because we were traveling with two picky toddlers who were hungry. Amazing customer service!!!!!!!
