The head chef is a woman Maria Jose San Roman who, from the very beginning of your culinary journey, makes sure you feel truly special. The dishes are surprising and inventive, offering fresh and unexpected flavors. The service takes great care of your comfort and overall experience, and despite the refined setting, you never feel intimidated or uncomfortable. María José prepared a menu that left all palates amazed and delighted, and there were very demanding ones, but her kindness and affection, the professionalism of her team, the beauty of her restaurant and the surroundings, made our wedding much better than it had been. that we could have dreamed of.
