I tried Ritter's tonight. I ordered the House Pan Roast and Jambalaya. The employee Lucy helped me in ordering. I got the medium spice level. Food takes very authentic and just enough spice for me. All the seafood was fresh. Lucy told me nothing was frozen. Rating: 5 Stars View all feedback.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I had been looking forward to dining here for weeks. After waiting for a full 45 minutes, the leader of our group got frustrated, and we ended up leaving before we could even place our order. It's such a shame because I really love this restaurant. I hope the management can improve the service; it seemed like there was only one server available. View all feedback.

I really don 't like leaving bad reviews but hopefully management takes some action. The food here is delicious, but the service has been consistently horrible for the past three years we 've been coming here. In every way possible the service is bad. Wait time, demeanor of staff, you have to constantly get the staffs attention to get any kind of service. Ordering online can be even worse, they wait until you get there to tell you they are out of what you ordered, then you need to wait until they cook your replacement, or you need to create a new order all together. The final straw for me was last night, we ordered online (we were charged) only to find out they were closed when we got there. How can you you take orders (paid orders) and not even be open? I really don 't understand how this place drops the ball consistently. This has always been a place I have to tell people the food is great but service is horrible . I really hope management takes these negative reviews about service seriously and makes some changes.
Apparently this place closes randomly without any notice. AVOID ORDERING THROUGH YELP OR GRUBHUB AT ALL COSTS. Ordered through Yelp and then spent 45 min stuck in traffic to get here only to realize they're closed. No notice, no signs, and I'm here with 4 other parties having the same exact issues. Called GRUBHUB to cancel the order and they placed me on hold then hung up on me. Can't even get in touch with the restaurant and been sitting in their parking lot for the past 20 minutes trying to get my money back. If you want this food, you're better off going to Vegas. I've been coming here since they opened and it's been going downhill fast. Horrible staff, overpriced food, and they don't even give you bread or water without charging you.

They closed early by about an hour. No one answered phone/no voice-mail stating early close. Arrived 30 mins before closing and they were locked up and no one was inside. Disappointed and a waste of a drive
