I find this place from the blue and absolutely love him! It is hidden in a small place, it has outdoor seating, the food is fantastic, and the service is fast....

The taste for pho soup isn't really there compared to the best. But service is excellent. The servers are very friendly. Outdoor tables are definitely a plus.
