New Noodle City - Alhambra

First time here and had the worse experience. My cousin and bf both ordered bowls of pho and I ordered a vermicelli bowl. Their order had arrived within 2 minutes of ordering and when asked about my food, which I had waited about 15 minutes for, the server who had taken our order had forgot to put my order in. My order eventually came as soon as they had finish their food and I had only taken 3 bites when I noticed a black piece of hair in my food. Instantly disgusted. Apology was made while we paid for their two bowls of pho. Will not be returning here. Just thought I should let everyone know about the unsanitary conditions this place has.

The broth is consistently delicious, the restaurant itself is not that clean, I think they could use a deep clean at some point, but clean enough that I keep going back. The service is good. I don't have anything terrible to say about this place. Hence, the 5 stars.

Today I had bad service! The hostess was taking orders online, phone, walk-ins and tables. When she came to my table she only took my food order and I had to ask for a drink order from another hostess.. my chicken teriyaki bowl was HORRIBLE!! The chicken was full of nerves, fat, not good.. they gave me 5lbs of rice. The service was horrible and we have been coming here for so many years! Sadly after this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE WON'T BE COMING BACK!! Son bien coros con las salsas que NO PICAN.

Authentic Vietnamese noodles with friendly staff who speaks Cantonese. Comprehensive menu with over 100 dishes to choose from!! The ice Vietnamese coffee is a must try!Food: 5/5

Got there right when it opened so not crowded at all my friend and i both had our toddlers and were given booster seats and bowls and plastic wear for them right away. Great service!Food: 5/5
