Been here a few times and it was always so good. I've tried the bun bo hue, banh hoi, banh beo and bun dau hu mam tom. It was all delicious. My favorite was the bun dau hu mam tom (not on the menu but ask them for it). Also, I hate eating Vietnamese food with jalapeños so am so glad that they had fresh Thai chilis. The food was fresh and service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this place! View all feedback.
What April Q doesn't like about 5 Stars Hue Alhambra:
My friend wanted to try their bun bo hue so we decided to come here during lunch time. The restaurant is small but they have outdoor seating which is kind of cool because they even decorated the wall with articial grass to improve the ambience. Service was good because the waitor was very friendly. The only problem was the broth of the bun bo hue. I think it was watered down. Unlike Pho, bun bo hue's broth should be... View all feedback.
I don't know what's the name of my order, but is in pictures, Damn, taste so good i put all that mint, basil , bean sprout , and that chili oil .. I can't believe with that 3 star review, this restaurant worth a try trust me !!!
I recently ordered last minute a tray of banh bot loc and banh nam for a Friendsgiving party. It was ready within an hour! There's lots of parking in the lot, the restaurant is easy to find. The two things I ordered were yummy. Thinking of just getting a whole tray and slowly eating it by myself, cuz I'm a FA. Hahaha Will definitely be back!
I'm not sure why this restaurant have low rating compared to others. But the food here is amazing like truly amazing. I ordered earlier today Mi quamg and Banh beo, It is absolutely authentic. When I call it's a little bit too early and then when they open at 10 they actually give me a call back which is not a lot of places they do this. The waiter is also really nice, he make sure that is the correct order and he really polite when he talked. I think this is going to be my favorite place to come from now for this certain food.
Heard this place recommended on the Dave Chang podcast for their spring rolls.Stopped in for lunch and very impressed with the portion size and price, but most important the taste and friendly service.Grilled pork skewers, Bun Bo Hue and pork/shrimp spring rolls.

Service was good because the waitor was very friendly. The only problem was the broth of the bun bo hue. I think it was watered down. Unlike Pho, bun bo hue's broth should be rich and spicy. Mine wasn't spicy at all despite adding chilli. On the other hand, my friend said she liked it : maybe because I'm not a fan of Viet foods, however, I don't think 2 small bowls of bun bo hue should cost $25.
