Wonderful staff. Friendly, very helpful and Accommodating. I ordered a white mocha and bacon egg bites. They are very busy so please be patient. Working in a place like Starbucks can be very stressful, Iknow, because I used to work in kitchens before for fast food corps. Just left from here and understand why it’s always dead at this Starbucks. Brown sugar shaken oatmilk latte except there’s NO OATMILK IN IT! I received espresso, ice and brown sugar syrup. It was handed to me foamy and half full. What a waste of $6. This tastes disgusting.

My order is wrong more often than it's right and I don't understand how. There's always at least 6 employees in here, usually 4 standing around doing nothing while 1 makes drinks and 1 runs drive thru. Lobby is sometimes open, sometimes closed, no rhyme or reason. On my latest visit the lobby was closed on a Saturday afternoon, only running the single file drive thru, and I still got the wrong drink (ordered matcha latte, got some coffee drink with pumps of vanilla).
