I assume an employee had to update the... read more It's very unfortunate that you input an online order being ready then proceed to tell me that it will be 20 more minutes. I assume an employee had to update the order as ready. Not a fan. I understand busy evenings but I would rather know my food is going to be a little late per the app instead of driving to sit in my car for 20 minutes.I'll edit this to include that our order was a famous bowl and 3 piece chicken combo. Not a large order.

The staff seems to just reheat unsold chicken, often using soggy, old pieces, and then selling them at full price. This indicates to me that the employees are lazy and unwilling to prepare a fresh batch. It’s puzzling that they took jobs at a KFC if they don’t want to cook chicken properly.
