In the flu season and epidemic this is not acceptable! Another service update, I arrive at around 9:50 pm, 10 minutes to closing time, The sign says open, the employees are inside, I knocked on the window, they look at me and just keep mopping. where is customer service? i’m OK with them telling me they’re near closing time and not serving anymore but just to disregard a customer like that is disrespectful. Their ice cream is good but I wish they had more education for their staff on customer service. needless to say, never coming to this branch again. Management at Dairy Queen has been very poor this year.
