Even though I ordered 2 large fries. Absolutely absurd. Would never return here again and neither should you.

There were only 2 people in there besides us and is took 10 minutes for us to get 2 junior whoppers. I visited the drive-thru twice this week around 4:00 to 4:30 p.m. I believe this may be a corporate or store management policy, but when I approach the menu boa... read more I visited the drive-thru twice this week around 4:00 to 4:30 p.m. I believe this may be a corporate or store management policy, but when I approach the menu board, I would prefer if you simply ask me what I would like instead of suggesting various items. I’d rather not be asked if I want drinks—if I want drinks with my meal, I’ll request them. Additionally, I don’t appreciate being asked to round up my bill for charity; a flyer at the speaker would suffice for those who wish to contribute. On a different note, both times the woman taking my order was excessively loud, spoke too quickly, and was not very clear. I found myself needing to ask her to repeat herself two or three times. It would be beneficial if this employee could be trained to slow down, articulate better, and avoid shouting. On a positive note, my food was fresh, hot, and properly prepared. The young man who handed me my order both days was friendly, polite, and professional.

One person ahead in the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes for us to get our two meals. Had to wait to order, and then had to pull off to the side to wait for food. If it was fresh, that would’ve been fine. We got cold fries, and our drinks (sprite and a coke) both tasted like nothing- just carbonated. Do not recommend.
