However, my order was incorrect... read more I went to dinner at Buona in Huntley with my son and grandson. The food was good and freshly prepared, and the service was fast. However, my order was incorrect. I had asked for a double cheeseburger with Cheddar cheese and speck without a bun, but I received a double cheeseburger with American cheese on a bun instead. I didn't have time to correct it, so I just ate what was given to me. The meal was quite expensive, which added to my dissatisfaction. Additionally, when I checked my bill, it was incorrect and I was attended to by a man instead of the young woman who took my order. Overall, it was not a terrible experience, but it was disappointing.

I was just not in the seasoned or crimped they use, that's different from any other bark sandwich I had. it may taste good for others, but it is not my cuppa tea. it is easy to compare with / with their other place because the taste is so different.

The Pommes tasted old, and the Parm sandwich was not a “Fan” favourite. I was a little disappointed with her delivery, I got it as pictured. There was no cover to show if someone had broken it or had taken something out. Overall, her Italian beef was great and the burgers were fresh.

We are regular males of Buona's and enjoy t... read more This restaurant offers a refreshing positive look at how the staff should be trained and should cope with their job. We are regular males of Buona's and enjoy their food - all from the famous cattle (my favorite is the beef sausage dish! to salads. But what triggered this review is the enormous service of the team in Buona- from the register into the kitchen to the young man who bagged our order and presented them smiled, attentive and seemed happy to do their work and happy that we chose their restaurant. Restaurant work is a hard gig and people who know how to do it right and enjoy it, gives me respect for them and for the management team they hired and trained. Well done!
