This is a great family run bar, the service is always exceptional. The food is tasty and there's plenty of choice. El Boli is one of a number of bar/restaurants along the main street of Algodonales. Run by a Bolivian family (hence the name) it is well worth visit. A couple o... read more El Boli is one of a number of bar/restaurants along the main street of Algodonales. Run by a Bolivian family (hence the name) it is well worth visit. A couple of menu items really stand out as different from the standard tapas fare: the house chicken dish and the beef steak; both worth a try. Drinks are all good: both house red and white wines are fine, and the Gin and Tonic is just wicked (take care it will be a VERY generous measure). The place will often have overseas clientele (paragliders), but locals do use it, albeit that apparently the more sniffy ones shun the pace as the owner isn 't one of them all the more reason to go there. Price wish dinner for two, with two or three glasses of wine will be around E20 25.
