My starter melon and Parma ham... read more Ate here this evening with my partner. We had not booked and they managed to squeeze us in but unfortunately I wish they hadn 't. My starter melon and Parma ham was good, a big portion. My partner 's a plain gnocchi. We then waited at least 40 minutes for our main course which only arrived when we asked where it was. A steak and chicken cutlet. Neither takes long to cook but both were poor quality and plain. No salt, pepper or any sauces on table. Waiting staff run off their feet but more concerned with filling the restaurant than actually looking those who were there. I saw lots of people waiting a very long time with empty plates including one table with 3 very young children. Very disappointing place trying to do too much with too few kitchen staff and poor quality ingredients. We were obviously unhappy as we did not eat main courses, paid quickly and left. No one asked questions and when I said we were disappointed I got a cold 'I 'm sorry ', and no more. Don 't go here. Plenty of small excellent places working hard to showcase beautiful Sardinia and all it has to offer elsewhere.
