I absolutely love this place and the staff! One morning, my wife accidentally dropped some tools off the back of my truck, and after several days of searching for them, I decided to leave a note at the Shell station. To my surprise, the next morning, I received a call informing me that they had found my tools. The owner went out of his way to keep them safe and even delivered them to me personally. Terrible service. Their pump was being reset and wasn’t functioning. I wasn’t the only one experiencing this issue with the small machine, yet they didn’t close it down. Instead, they told us to call the 1-888 number and just said, “Have a nice day.” View all feedback.

Good evening, my name is Silvestre Rebolledo Ramirez. I visited your restaurant on Thursday, January 6, around either 3:00 PM or 6:00 PM, and I wanted to inquire if anyone has found a black wallet belonging to me. Inside it are my driver's license, bank cards, and some cash. I'm not sure if I left it there. You can contact me at 206-850-0987. I was parked in a commercial truck that had a mechanical issue in the space on the freeway heading to the 5 South. This gas station is well-kept and tidy, offering a wide variety of snacks and candies. They also have an extensive selection of beer and wine. I highly recommend stopping by!
Google Maps should stop highlighting the priciest restaurants.
They will tow your car if you park there for more than 15 minutes, even though there are no signs indicating that parking is prohibited. The employees will act as if they had no knowledge that the tow company was called. Overall, a terrible experience. I recommend spending your money somewhere else.
The visibility on the sole driveway is poor due to the large trees obstructing the view, making it challenging to exit safely. I recommend avoiding this location and refueling elsewhere.
I was also impressed when they mentioned that if they were out of a product I liked, they would try to order it for me next time. This is great to know, as it will make it convenient for me to grab last-minute essentials without having to drive too far. Additionally, their selection of beer and wine is extensive and hard to find elsewhere, and the prices are fantastic for such convenience. This place is definitely a must-visit! Keep up the great work, you all truly rock!
