What Chad Riley doesn't like about Starbucks:
No one was taking orders for over five minutes despite the line of six people with three employees behind the counter not obviously doing anything. The two working on orders seemed to be very confused about something, meanwhile the person at the register was not taking orders but didn?t seem to know how to help the other two. Basically everything was at a standstill. View all feedback.
