I have been to this restaurant a couple of times and the food has never disappointed me, the Colombian empanadas, the soup and the Saltados are my favorites and the mixed Arroz Chaufa is a delight. View all feedback. What Blake H doesn't like about El Rancho Latin Grill Alexandria:
DO NOT RECOMMEND: Ordered ahead on DoorDash and the order took 35+ mins to prepare two tamales and one pupusa. They would not pick up the phone when I called. I arrived at the store and picked up my meal ....and there were no pupusas. Went back into the store and waited an additional 15 mins for one pupusas with no discount, refund, or any effort to make up for the fact it took so long and they still messed up the or...
