The morning manager doesn’t know how to treat her employees, she has a bad

The staff at this location work really hard and are always very nice I just wish there was some kind of a system where they can efficiently expedite orders.. they’ll typically hand you your drink first but be prepared to wait anywhere between 10 to 15 mins for your food order. Dunkin corporate please help them come up with a system that works; these employees deserve it!

Great staff and fresh food. We got a Thanksgiving day turkey cake there too.

I usually have a good experience with staff and my order when I come in. Today, the cashier was fine and did what was needed but 2 of the other workers on shift...idk. When I walked in, one woman was just standing behind the register openly vaping and trying to fix something with her cartridge. Did not even look up when I was standing at the counter. Whatever, fine, what you do on your time and aren't tending to me isn't my business. However, she handed the vape to whoever was making my drink and I watched them swap the vape back and forth, vaping over my open drink!? In the process, my strawberry coolata got destroyed. It tasted absolutely horrible and was only a few shades darker than Pepto with a smoothie consistency. Idk if the ingredients had gone sour or the worker simply was too distracted vapign that it came out like trash, but I took 3 sips and threw it away. What a waste of $5.

I threw up 3 times after eating hashbrowns and 2 pancake wraps. There's no way it could've been cause of any other place either because it was the first thing I ate that day.
