Capital Chicken - Alexandria

I really love Capital Chicken, my man and I eat here frequently but up until tonight idk if I'll feel the same about this place. I ordered a steak burrito usually they're soo good, tonight it had the longest hair all up in it. I immediately lost my appetite, called the place to let them know so that it hopefully doesn't happen again. What I got was a sorry for the inconvenience... yea its a real inconvenience I stopped eating the rest of my dinner that i spend $13-14? on. Like

I was hesitant on this place w/ a 4.0 rating. What they do great is the seasoning and have an excellent jalapeño green sauce. I ordered the 1/2 chicken w/ double chicken fried rice for $16.00. Considering rising food costs, this is more than fair for the portion and taste. The lady working today was helpful explaining the options, smiled, overall excellent customer service. Only criticism is the friend rice was lukewarm vs hot. Highly recommend A+

These people 3 times given me under cooked chicken they used to be good but quality has dropped alot I know my chicken when it is cooked or not we got other chicken spots been around long time and they never given me raw chicken

Because I can't give 0-stars We received an incomplete order, what did arrive was incorrect, and when we called we were lied to multiple times by the staff. First, the driver must have stolen it. Second, they didn't read the full order but we could drive over and pick up the missing item. Can I hear a food coma alert. omg this has to be the best Beef steak I've had. I always love coming here not just for the food, but how everyone treats you here. Like family. Seriously you can't go wrong with what you order.
