Ordered a pulled pork footlong and have to say the servings are so small I could have pushed it all to one half and had a normal filled 6 inch.I called store and was told the manager has told the staff to use a small scoop (not the standard two meat white cartons you get anywhere else) and use very sparingly as its expensive to buy.Will never return and would sonner go to next nearest store for a better experience. Metro. good subs and good customer service. always amusing to read the personal noteboard, which in the clear view when ordering. "attention staff! I don't know what they do.
This past Saturday, the restaurant was bustling with activity. The all-female staff was incredibly efficient and the kitchen was impeccably clean. The service was exceptionally fast.
The staff is welcoming and the location is great for dining. I'm grateful to live close to this restaurant.
I have been to this Subway restaurant on 6-7 occasions & have always found the food good, however I am yet to be served by someone who actually looks interested in actual good customer service. Unless I am going right past the door I prefer to drive the extra 10 minutes out of my way to another Subway restaurant in my area who have staff happy to greet you with a smile!
