What User doesn't like about Subway:
I gave this restaurant 2 stars primarily because of the pricing, which surprised me. I learned from the server that different stalls have different prices due to various owners. I plan to follow up with a copy of my bill to the subway's main office for clarification, as this system seems unfair. However, I do want to mention that I had no complaints about the food; it was prepared perfectly. View all feedback.

Visited the alexander heights store 2/6/22 I ordered a subway melt for my son when we got home we realised they had put uncooked bacon in his sandwich absolutely shocking that this can happen (if it was possible I would give them a -5)
I ordered a grilled wrap with tuna and strips a while back but they forgot to turn on the panini press so I had to eat Lukewarm strips with cold af tuna. Not to mention it was wrapped twice because they couldn’t fit it all in even though it wasn’t really that much
Came into subway today for lunch and was pleasantly greeted by a staff member (Chris) who was very welcoming, was very polite and well mannered and gave good suggestions for subs was very pleased on how they were made and presented.
It gets worse and worse every time I get anything from this store. Staff are useless you have to continually repeat yourself and they will still get it wrong in the end
