What User doesn't like about Pastacup:
Mushrooms were crunchy and raw was like eating a carrot. My bacon uncooked also. And I ended up with food poisoning 25 minutes after eating. So is it possible my chicken wasn’t cooked either? View all feedback.
Honestly, unbelievable bad service. Found a hair in my food and I also have a video to prove that it 's from pasta cup in alexander heights and it shows the worker aswell. Asked for a refund on the phone and they said they took my phone number down and name so the manager can get in contact with me after talking for 10 minutes on the phone with them to try fix the situation they said wrong number sorry and hung up on me after me saying I don 't want another pasta I want a refund on my food. I went down to the store and showed them the hair as shown in this photo. they where not wearing any hair nets as can be seen in the video) their response to this was let me take your details down to give to my manager and I told them you already did when we spoke on the phone and the worker said I need the details again obviously not taking them down the first time.
Ordered here quite a few times, everytime it has been amazing. Very delicious meals and very generous servings
Just ordered a meal from PASTA cup to be surprised wilh only a cup of sauce, not a meal. WAIT, what!!!I paid for a meal and got prawns and cream, nothing else
A bit expensive for pasta in a cup, but it's good, allow about 15mins for a walk in order
The worst place to order food, we waited over 1 hour. If I could rate 0, I would.
