I noticed that staff dealing with customers A kind of negligence and indifference. More than 8 times happened ordering coffee larg and give normal size . Before they will tell we don't have a cup. I found out in 4 branches same issue with staff they don't care. Lately they dont even care what you'll say. Take 1 riyal. They will not provide milk and sugar till you'll ask and if you forget like they save it. I'm disappointed to be honest MacDonald is my favourite and i started thinking to replace it with something else.

Noticed different treatment when you're using McDonald's app to avail and redeem the rewards /promos . We are availing it because that was your promotion. It doesn't mean we dont have enough money or cash to avail your product in a normal way of ordering. But the faces of the your staff seems like they dont want to entertain us when they saw we are holding our mobile to avail the promos and rewards. Disappointing .

Every time I visit the restaurant, Mr. Lewis goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful Mc Cafe experience. He consistently greets me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. His attention to detail is remarkable, as he ensures orders are accurate and efficiently served. Mr. Lewis exhibits excellent communication skills, effortlessly addressing any inquiries or concerns I may have. His professionalism and friendly demeanor create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall enjoyment of dining at McDonald's. A nice place to dine in. Good atmosphere as well. The service is good but there's always room for improvement. The branch is located at a good place. It offers both veg and non veg. You can get a variety of offers on their mc Donald's app too.
