In this Coffee, you will enjoy the ambiance and the nice decoration. Busy staff like Honeycomb working hard, professional, and happy to serve you the best quality . I tried the Tiramisu ice cream, yummmmmmy. I loved the Tiramisu Cake, soft, not over sweet, and delicious . The honey cake was nice but of different texture than what I used to try. It is the Russian style. All items were clean and of high quality.

Love flow coffee, had a absolutely frustrating situation happen this morning. I was in 8:44am and paid cash and when I open my receipt when I got home my change was short by 150QR. I call flow immediately gave them my receipt number and said my change was short. I was told by then supervisor I would get a call back, which I did not. I then had to call 13 times before someone responded to me. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told by him I never spoke to him but someone had told him. Again I was told to explain my situation, which was completely frustrating and unacceptable. I was now told they had to check ccv as their money was correct. I have yet to get a call back, I love the coffee but I will never go there again,. Unacceptable how they deal with customer complaints regards to money that was given short and my lose of 150QR Chantal

Nice coffee shop, quite and very comfortable place Coffee taste was delicious, Its one of the best coffee in Qatar Also all staff were so nice and cooperative Thank you all for this beautiful place

For the third time I’m experiencing a very poor customer services. I’m always wondering why the place is empty and quiet all the time then i found out that the staff here are showing a very bad attitude towards the customers. You have to wait more then 15 minutes to finally one of them attend you.

Decent coffeee with desserts. Listed as one of my favourite cafe now
