We sat nicely (quite seriously... , the service was very, very friendly, natural, relaxed and motivated. The menu is small, but with a good selection. And my salad with chicken breast was delicious, I was even able to express my wishes regarding the composition beforehand, so it came without corn and beans. Nice! My wife ordered the loins. And she liked them so much and were so tender that I almost didn 't eat anything (but I didn 't want to do more than try them because she thought it was so great ; On the other hand, you have to know that in our family a certain salmon tartare from a now closed restaurant in Konstanz has a legendary reputation. If something is REALLY good, it 's almost as good as the salmon tartare... or something like that. And these loins, according to my wife, were just as good as...
