The quality has gone down significantly in the last few months. They use to give a container of cheese for the shake shake fries, to you know shake shake the fries, now they sprinkle the most minuscule amount on the fries. I just wanna shake shake the fries. The containers for the dip are half filled compared to what it use to be. The chicken just isn’t as good and i can’t pin point why. I feel like the new owners are cutting corners so the quality is down, and they don’t realize all the changes they’ve made are losing them customers. I hate complaining, but I just miss old chicko.
