Additionally, the dumpling dish could have been wider to make it easier to dip the dumplings.

The tuna sashimi was served on a bed of mixe... read more I've been ordering delicious food from Hirame Brookswood for years, but something was off with my order last night. The tuna sashimi was served on a bed of mixed lettuce, which raised some questions. What happened to the shredded Daikon? Instead, they included some small plastic green decorations that I'm not a fan of. In this day and age, plastic is definitely unwelcome. The tempura batter was bland, and the seaweed wrap on the Spicy Chopped Scallop cone was too chewy. I had to spit out the last bit of the seaweed because it wouldn’t break down. I hope this isn't a trend that continues.
