I was really impressed with the menu at Urban Graze. I usually struggle to find something to eat in cafes and fast food places. There were some healthy options here and the food was well presented and fresh. I liked the feel of the place too. I had a toasted sandwich and sweet potato fries and my husband had a burger. What User doesn't like about Urban Graze:
We went in when it was quite quiet, and ordered a chicken burger and a steak sandwich. The steak sandwich came out cold, with two tiny pieces of meat and a very basic tomato and lettuce. I sent it back, they were very apologetic and cooked me a new one, which was warmer but not not, and also they added cheese and relish so I couldn't eat it.My husbands chicken burger was meagre, two tiny sliced pieces of chicken brea... On a business trip recently I just wanted to find somewhere near to where I was staying and this was walking distance. I didn't know what to expect when I wandered in...but inside it's got that urban edgy feel. Service was really good here! I mean seriously where else would they let you order a children's meal and a glass of wine! I am not able to eat a lot of meat, so having the choice to order a children's meal... it was a welcome change. The young lady who began serving me didn't have her RSA so she had to find someone else to complete the transaction... thankfully I wasn't asked for ID because I was carrying naught but a credit card and a phone with me. I really enjoyed the food, the wine was a bit ordinary... not a choice I would make again. But the food... I absolutely appreciated that they allowed me to order the children's meal.
Customer service was very friendly and efficient. We had the Planter burger and the Kale Quinoa burger and fries. Both were really good. Tables were spotless. Had a really good experience. Would definitely come back.
Burger tasted like straight from the freezer to the microwave. Tastless slope . Loaded fries. Well soggy rubbish.
We ordered a pick up meal due to COVID but ended up eating in, which was lovely. We’re not from Albury but finding ourselves here mire often due to medical treatment. We have tried a few different burgers here and have never been disappointed. Absolutely love their sweet potato fries and their garlic aioli . Service is always quick and although the burgers may be considered pricey, we think they are great value for money. Staff were super friendly and their COVID cleaning was thorough. As soon as we went to leave they were straight on to cleaning. Gave me confidence in their commitment to quality. Highly recommend and we’ll be back again.
Dined here for a late lunch. Was super impressed by the vegan schnitzelburger (trust me... you don’t have to be vegan to enjoy this one! . Atmosphere was great music just right and service was efficient prompt and friendly. Recommend.
