Platinum Brew - Albury-Wodonga

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I called in for a takeaway coffee and had to wait while the cashier spent ten minutes discussing the menu with another customer. Despite being the next in line, I was not acknowledged or offered an apology for the delay. After the previous customer left, the cashier finally acknowledged me with a quick comment before disappearing into the kitchen. Although I appreciate the restaurant's initiative in hiring older retired individuals, I believe a younger, faster, and more customer service-oriented staff member is needed at the front counter.

This restaurant is clean and spacious, with lots of tables. The service is warm and friendly, and the food is fantastic! I highly recommend trying the fritters.

This is a fantastic restaurant to dine at! The staff are friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests. I mentioned that I don't eat much, so they generously halved my meal and even gave me a discount without me asking. The coffee was amazing, and they were kind enough to give me a takeaway cup even though I was eating-in. Highly recommend!

Really good food! Good portion sizes too! Happy with our meals! It’s also in a great location with lots of parking! Would go again!

Have not been here for a while after an average experience but recently came here for a working lunch and was very impressed with the friendly service , food was bang on and the atmosphere was so positive. Well done team I look forward to coming in more regularly.
