We always like coming here, the venue surroundings are lovely, and it feels special to even to begin with. Staff are able to answer questions about the meals before ordering. We've never had to wait long, but we were turned away once, only because we hadn't made a booking, so commonsense to book to avoid disappointment - we were, our fault. beautiful decor and very nice staff. Meals where large but quiet expensive. Not the place to go for pub grub more restaurant meals. Like the table service for food and drinks View all feedback.
Absolutely disappointing, service was terrible, it was like the waiters did not want to be there, I was served my entry with no plate and cutlery, I was left to use my hands, atmosphere was OK! Very, very over rated. Never again for me!
It is not possible that we do not blame ourselves for the great service of the workers, the meal and the gloomy we had.
Booked on 7 clock, came to wait for another person. my wife, whom I had 2 drinks and one derée at 7:30 one of the waiting hired in the order of the manager said if we don't order our net within the next 10 minutes, then we have to go. at the time of booking we were not told about the sitting time, but at the end of the night they were still happy to take our $300. will never be there again.
Food was average at best… did not live up to the hype at all on the menu. The wait staff acted like they would rather be anywhere else. So many better options in town I am sure. My husband and I both agree that it’s been a long time since we have had such a poor dining experience (including lockdown) yuck…
I have never worked for a company as a cook where they do not let them eat
