What User doesn't like about Henri's Wodonga Bakery:
Bought a plain beef pie today at appros 1.00pm, pie had a rock hard base bottom 1/2 of filling was dry, pie was extremely hot as well as if the pie warmer was set to high. After a couple of bites into pie the rest ended up in the bin. I've been a Henri's pie eater for many many years going back to when they were in High St the pies were in the foil pie tray. Stingy with the salads in the salad roll,like 1 piece of tomato,1 piece of beetroot some carrot and lettuce
There is lots to choose from at this bakery. It is spacious and welcoming, often busy but I'm happy to wait as I know I will enjoy what I purchase.Sandwiches etc are made to order if one prefers, hot food is hot and beverages are made to specific orders (as I'm a little fussy about how I have my tea) it wasn't questioned, in fact the attendant ensured everything was made easy without fuss.Coffee is good and just in case I didn't mention it especially, the service is helpful, efficient and pleasant, I do like knowing I can get something decent whenever I visit wodonga.
Went to Henri's for breakfast with a work colleague. I had a bacon and egg roll with a freshly squeezed juice. Overall the service was ok and food relatively ok for a bakery. its good for quick eats.
I have breakfast here occasionally on Saturdays, and it is great food and drinks, there are a wide range of smoothies and juices from the Juice Bar and they have very scrumptious cakes, slices and biscuits.Every thing is well priced, and whether or not you just driving through Wodonga, or actually visiting this beautiful city, it is definitely worth while to stop at Henri's.I know you'll be impressed, and full when you leave.
