Fifty Bean Street - Albury-Wodonga

We stopped by for a coffee break at an unexpected heritage stone cottage in the middle of a modern development. The cakes were delicious, the coffee was good, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

I find looking for a cafe on the Hume a bit of a struggle, so when it came to breakfast in Wodonga.. what to do? Saw the old world stone facade on this little cottage and immediately wanted to go in. The hosts were lovely and friendly and there was an outside seating area off the driveway next door to the cottage,?which I did not see until we were leaving.. a bit of a hike for service.. We had the pancakes and french toast and we didn't go wrong... delightful.. coffee was well made with silky milk.. lovely stop.. Tell your fellow travellers worth a stop..

I recently visited this restaurant on a friend's recommendation while visiting from Melbourne. The setup is very charming, and the staff and owners are kind and helpful. As Melburnians, we are big fans of smashed avo, and I have to say the one here was exceptional and one of the best we've ever had! The coffee was also excellent. Thank you!

Fifty Bean Street on High Street Wodonga is a great little food and beverage place for smaller groups or couples
