Starbucks - Albuquerque

As a DoorDasher for the past year, I've found Starbucks to be an incredibly friendly place to visit. Every morning during my shifts, I look forward to picking up Starbucks orders. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. A worker at the window named Joey was quite rude. I had a double order to collect, and while I received the first order, there was no name attached to it. When we asked which order it was, he took a long time to respond. After he finally provided a name, we politely requested a marker to label the bag ourselves, but he responded unkindly, saying, "I'm not giving you my marker," and walked away to label it himself. As he took the bag, he pointed at us as if we had done something wrong. As a Native American Navajo, I felt unwelcome in the store at that moment. I've visited many Starbucks locations from Rio Rancho to Albuquerque and Los Lunas, and I've never experienced this kind of treatment before.

Absolutely lovely! The coffee is fantastic, the company is wonderful, and the outdoor skating adds to the experience. Everything is perfect! Food rating: 5/5.

We had a fantastic experience with Tony at the register! She was incredibly sweet and genuinely enthusiastic about her job. She was absolutely wonderful. She recommended the Frappes with heavy whipping cream, and I have no doubt they will be delicious coming from her. <3

I stood at the pick up counter for at least 8 miutes before any of the 7 people working there even acknowledged my presents. Then when someone did ask me about my order he bagged someone else's order. He came in after I had waited for 5 minutes Then the employee bagged the other order before my order. Both orders were sitting on the counter the entire time I was there. In my opinion this is POOR service. Other Starbucks ALWAYS greet incoming customers. This one didn't.

Very nice staff today exchange a drink I didn’t like for another. Really nice of them ?
