What Clinton Hand doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The menu is confusing. For example, I chose Pick 2 thinking there was a single price for 1/2 Greek salad and 1/2 Turkey sandwich. However the price is just added together. So that was $12 for food that was average at best. The Cobb Chicken salad is $8.69. In my opinion this food is very overpriced for a self serve restaurant. Most tables had dirty dishes on them. Some of the best mac n cheese you can get from a drive-thru. The broccoli and cheddar is pretty good as well.
The food is always the bomb and always slightly too costly. The atmosphere is great for meeting with friends.
Not many sandwich options but they are recipied, made, and toasted to perfection! out of the many sandwich shops I've been to, I'd say Panera has the best toasted bread ever! As well as that, the soup was wonderful! The wait was a little long, but that was trumped by everything else being amazing
I was given the wrong order at this restaurant. I only noticed when I opened the container while on the way home. The food was tasty, but it wasn't what I had actually ordered.
Clean environment. Great food and great place to work while having lunch...or breakfast
