Carlos was my server, and he was incredibly courteous and respectful, especially towards older patrons. I noticed how he treated the older women at the table next to me with great kindness, which speaks volumes about his character. I recommend this place all the time. awful experience! salad was wilted brown and pretty sure it was from day before! Breadsticks were cold and hard you could use them as a hammer to drive a nail! mediocre service just got my salad and not two minutes later they bring my entree! Since I don't receive payment for my caretaking duties, I didn't have any money to tip him, but one of my family members gave him a $20 tip, which he definitely deserved. In fact, he deserved more, and if I had it, I would have given him a larger amount. As for the food, it was wonderful! I had chicken parmigiana with spaghetti, while my mom enjoyed the endless soup and salad option. She started with gnocchi and finished with minestrone, and also ordered the spinach dip. She had a lime margarita on the rocks, and since I was driving, I opted for a virgin strawberry margarita. My uncle chose the fried shrimp and jalapeño appetizer as his meal and was more than satisfied. The salad and breadsticks were perfect as well. This was the best experience I've ever had at an Olive Garden. The food was amazing! I’m not sure if it was just a fortunate time to visit or if they had a great cook that day, but everything was absolutely spectacular.
We had a large group of 12 last night, and the service was fantastic! The servers were attentive and helpful, and the food was, as always, delicious!
Our group of around 14 had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.
Manager Kelly was helpful in assisting with our situation unfortunately everyone was served before our 6 yo. I think our meals were forgotten the people next to us arrived after us was served before us and their food looked way better than ours... our waitress wasn't friendly nor was she interested in taking care of our table. We will be back because soup and salad but hopefully a different situation
Olive Garden seldom disappoints this time is not any different great service agreeable food in ABQ. Get out and get some.
