We hired Kristina Conchita's Cafe to cater our wedding, and she did an amazing job. The food was excellent (we selected tacos), and she was a delight to work with from the very first day we reached out to her. I was fortunate to discover Conchita's Cafe while looking for local caterers for a work event, and I truly hit the jackpot. We ended up using their services several times a week for weeks! The food is absolutely delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the customer service is outstanding—so great that even Larry Bird or Mariah Carey would be impressed. But what stands out the most is the quality of the people you will interact with. Kristina always has a smile on her face and effortlessly handles any issues that arise. I'm thrilled to see my favorite Downtown restaurant open again after Covid! Just in time for summer, I can't wait to enjoy my berry salad! And don't even get me started on their strawberry churro waffle—perfect for my cheat days! Thank you for continuing to provide fresh, healthy food to the community and for all your contributions. Our office eats Conchitas several times a week. The service and food is exceptional! You get good size portions of food for your money. Also, today, my burger was undercooked (raw) and I called and talked to them and they offered to come pick up myburger, cook it further, and deliver it back to me. What they did, instead, was so much more: They gave me a brand new burgerwith all the fixings, french fries and a treat! This was not the agreement but a very nice surprise. They were superapologetic! Conchita's always delivers on quality service and food. Thank you so much for all you do for your customers!
