Gen Kai Japanese - Albuquerque

I absolutely adore the noodles cooked in their smokers, however, the vegan broth is a bit lacking in flavor. I typically enhance it with Chile powder and soy sauce, as well as enjoying the delicious avocado sushi and seaweed salad topped with garlic and chili oil. Although these are the only dishes I have tried here and they are decent, I find that they could benefit from more seasoning. My boyfriend used to enjoy the ramen here but since becoming vegan, we both agree that the dishes could use a little more flavor. We used to dine here frequently, but now we are searching for tastier options.
