What Lori Taylor likes about Cooperage Restaurant:
For an older restaurant, it holds up well. Service was prompt and efficient, food was tasty. Chicken Con Queso was a nice change of pace from other holiday dinners. Salad bar was well stocked, with fresh ingredients. Atmosphere was quiet enough to carry on conversation. A very pleasant evening. View all feedback. What Braxton Hane doesn't like about Cooperage Restaurant:
Great salad bar, a little slow. Had Sirloin and Enchiladas, Sirloin order medium rare. Steak came with a few veins of really hard tendon and cooked closer to rare. Very hard. Enchiladas were pretty good. View all feedback.

Had Prime Rib, told them exactly how I wanted it boiled, it was exactly how I wanted it, did not have to send it further, this place never disappoints me.
I love this place! Not only is it beautiful, but the salad bar is incredible and our dinners were to die. We will definitely come back.
Great menu! Great service! You have Disco and 80’s Old School Dancing from 7- 10 on some Friday’s! Sorry to find out the dates!

read moreThe Cooperage, a longstanding restaurant in Albuquerque, offers a classic dining experience with a few hits and misses. The salad bar is a standout feature, offering a variety of fresh options. Service can be slow at times, but overall, it's friendly and efficient. While some dishes like the prime rib receive high praise, others like the fish and chips fall short. The atmosphere is described as old-fashioned but pleasant, with a unique layout inside an old brick building. Whether you're looking for a traditional steakhouse experience or just a great salad bar, The Cooperage is worth a try for a taste of Albuquerque dining history.
