Great variety of margaritas and yummy desserts. Chicken was a little salty but the mole sauce was spot on. You can also catch a beautiful sunset if you go at the right time. View all feedback.
What DavidS doesn't like about Cantina Nueva:
I do not recommend Cantina Nueva. 1) The ambient noise level was far too high. There is no sound deadening. 2) Every time the outside door opened a rush of cold air entered the dining area. 3) Late in the afternoon the sun entered the dining area directly into my eyes and was too bright. There were no curtains or shades to block out the direct sunlight. 4) The tables are set up for 4 persons. If 2 people are dining,... View all feedback.

Great Margaritas and Mahi Mahi Street Tacos. Only critique is the rice is a bit strong on the cumin seasoning. Will definitely come back again!
Amazing food and great kids menu. our son ate EVERYTHING off his taco bar plate and then went after my food. the drinks are creative and delicious as well.
First time dining here and I was very happy with great service, plentiful food and the unique take and offerings on many of the dishes. I loved the Chili Rellenos that were stuffed with beef and also the delicious tamales. The salsa was superb and the Green Chile was plentiful and the perfect heat a nice medium! Our college age grandson had a plate of the street tacos and said they were yummy. We were too full to try some of their unique desserts, but we will be back!
Full of flavor and wonderful light and bright dining room. This has easily become our neighborhood go to for a family meal. Kids welcome, friendly and attentive waitstaff and really good cocktails and local craft beer selection for the thirsty. Patio is nice and open also. We really enjoy coming here and relaxing. It’s never over crowded and still feels like one of the NE heights best kept secrets.
