Arby's - Albuquerque

I absolutely adored the historic building! At 70 years old, it has so much more character than all the new, bland buildings around. It's fascinating to imagine all the people who have walked through those doors. I ordered the Diablo beef. It was spicy! I enjoy spicy food. The restaurant was clean and the service was great.

This restaurant does not meet the standards of Arby's. The food appears to be heavily processed or deep fried, which is a concern for food safety. I have experienced illness or digestive issues after eating here, so I will be avoiding it in the future.

They only take cash. They didn't have the gyro bread, but u was told after I pulled up at the window. The roast beef sandwiches I got were dry, not made fresh. So why did it take 5 minutes to get the order out? The girl serving the fries was scratching herhead, taking cash without gloves. It is so empty I don't know why it took so long to get my order. Very disappointed.

Although the restaurant is old, other restaurants manage to update their establishments. Unfortunately, this particular store was very run down. I ordered a Greek gyro at the front counter and was greeted promptly. However, the condition of the counter was appalling with food on the floor, dirty counters, and more. The gyro I received was prepared adequately but not worth the seven dollars paid. The food did not taste fresh and I would not order it again. I typically give high ratings in my reviews, but this experience was so bad that I considered contacting health inspectors. The only positive aspect was the hardworking and polite employees who were working in a poor environment. The employees were the only reason for any stars given. Apart from the employees, the store should be closed as it is a shame on the owners. It seems that Arby's gives the same automated response to all complaints, indicating a lack of care from the chain or owners.

The picture is of my chicken bacon swiss .. Made my uber driver wait 45 minutes telling them they had to remake the order but everything is cold AF. The letter in the bag makes sense..
