You may park in the parking of the Hotel and follow the direction of the swimming-pools, downstairs. The restaurant is just upon them. Great and quiet lounge framework, with pergola and curtains. You would feel the breeze from the nearby Atlantic Ocean, in the Praia Falesia. Lovely team serving you a typical Algarve cuisine, with fresh fishes from the day, that could be grilled. Special mention to oysters, incredible Algarve and chocolate mousse. To be served for example with a fruity Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine. High-standing prices but really worth it. A must-have experience in Albufeira !

My... read more If you 're lucky enough to be staying at the beautiful Epic SANA Algarve hotel, lunch at the Open Deck restaurant is certain to be a highlight of your stay. My wife and I have eaten here many times and always enjoyed freshly cooked food served piping hot, with a smile and professional courtesy. The fresh catch of the day fish continues to excel, and Rui 's fabulous Sangria is the perfect accompaniment. If you 're in this part of the World, don 't miss this hidden gem.

The menu is varied and caters to most tastes, but the daily fresh fish option steals the show every time! Accompanied by steamed vegetables and crushed potatoes (drizzled in beautiful olive oil), a jug of Sangria, and good company it’s the pre cursor to a lazy afternoon snoozing in the sun. I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and attentive, but never intrusive. The restaurant has a relaxed welcoming vibe, and a great view of the pine forest in one direction, and the hotel’s main pool area in the other. If you’re looking for a delicious lunch in a relaxed, calm setting look no further. Highly recommended!

We were told that they would only serve us wine with our meals and that if we wanted a cocktail, we would have to walk across the hall to the onsite bar once we paid our dinner bill. Also one of the waiter only spoke to my husband when advising of the dinner options and specials. He never acknowledged my presence during the course of dinner. With the exception of when I asked him a direct question. The whole experience was disappointing. I had a better experience during the morning buffet. The hostess was also very kind and helpful
