We were earlier since we did not do siesta, so there were still red snappers. Apparently, they get taken fast. They were really good and well seasoned, and the same for the vegetables included. We also took steak, well made and not a lot of fat. We asked for medium rare and received exactly that. Also, our fish did not have bones. Very nice restaurant, recommended!

The... read more We visited this restaurant twice in our one week stay in Galé because we loved it so much!! Watching the sunset in their outdoor dining area was beautiful!! The staff were wonderful and so friendly, they paid extra attention to our 8 year old son who also loved them. The food was delicious, would highly recommend the Squid with garlic peri peri, and the chocolate cake for dessert!! We will be back next year, thank you Cozinha do Claúdio for two wonderful evenings : 5 stars!! X

Amazing service. Authentic Portuguese cuisine. Beautiful presentation. For starters I had the vegetable soup which was delicious fresh. My husband had the piri piri squid the sauce was flavorful. For our mains we both had the grilled steak which was super tender. Homemade fries were delicious. My son had the grilled tiger prawns. He didn’t care for them because they weren’t cleaned so it was a bit of a turn of having to clean out the poop to eat them. Also they looked big but once you peeled them there wasn’t much meat inside. Dessert was delicious! I had the petite gateau and my son had the chocolate cake. Both came with ice cream. Was a bit more pricier than I expected as well, but overall was a good experience.
